Edusky follows the Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) — Malaysia's national primary school curriculum, approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE). Our SMIPS registration code is JDA1001.
The KSSR curriculum emphasises knowledge, skills, and values across six pillars: Communication, Spiritual Attitude & Values, Humanities, Personal Development, Physical & Aesthetic Development, and Science & Technology.
Medium of instruction: English-led, Bahasa Malaysia where required. For subjects where the Ministry allows a language choice — Mathematics, Science, and others — we teach in English. Bahasa Malaysia is used for subjects where the curriculum mandates it.
National language. Reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills aligned with KSSR standards.
Third language offering. Conversational and written Mandarin for broader communication skills.
Second language proficiency with emphasis on speaking confidence. Additional English periods beyond KSSR minimum.
Foundational numeracy, problem-solving, and logical reasoning aligned with KSSR standards.
Hands-on experiments in our Science Lab. Inquiry-based learning approach.
Malaysian and world history. Integrated with current events and national identity.
Creative expression through visual arts and music. Student artwork displayed throughout the school.
Physical health, team sports, and motor skills development through structured PE classes.
Character education, values, and ethical reasoning per MOE requirements.
